This Privacy Policy describes how SupplyWala (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the SupplyWala mobile application (“App”) and related services available at https://app.supplywala.in.
The App is developed by Extraaaz Infotech Solutions and operated by Shree Agency Pune. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy apply to both the developer and the operator in connection with the App and its services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information: name, phone number, email address, and password (stored securely).
- Profile information: profile photo and preferences you choose to provide.
- Delivery addresses: contact person name, phone number, email, and full delivery address including location coordinates.
- Location data: approximate or precise location when you grant permission, used to show service availability, find nearby suppliers, set delivery addresses, and track orders.
- Order information: products ordered, quantities, pricing, payment method, order status, delivery instructions, and order history.
- Payment-related information: payment method selected and transaction references. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers; payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
- Wallet & loyalty data: wallet balance, transaction history, loyalty points, and referral activity if you use these features.
- Communications: messages you send through in-app chat, support requests, and reviews or ratings you submit.
- Device & technical data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, push notification tokens, and usage logs needed to operate and improve the App.
- Media you upload: photos or files you attach to your profile or conversations, with your permission.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Process and deliver your orders;
- Verify your identity via OTP, email, or social login;
- Send order updates, promotional offers, and service notifications (you may opt out of marketing messages where applicable);
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
- Improve App performance, security, and user experience;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Comply with applicable laws and legal requests.
3. Permissions We Request
The App may request the following device permissions:
- Internet: to connect to our servers and load content;
- Location: to detect service zones, set delivery addresses, and show order tracking on maps;
- Camera & Photo Library / Storage: to upload profile pictures and share images in chat;
- Notifications: to send order and account-related alerts.
You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, though some features may not work without them.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies, including:
- Google Firebase – authentication, cloud messaging, and app infrastructure;
- Google Maps / Google Sign-In – maps, location, and optional sign-in;
- Facebook Login – optional social sign-in (if enabled);
- Sign in with Apple – optional sign-in on supported devices;
- Payment gateways – to process online payments securely.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services linked from the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only when necessary:
- With vendors, delivery partners, and payment processors to fulfil your orders;
- With service providers who help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, messaging);

- Delete your account and associated data using the in-app “Delete Account” option or by contacting us;
- Opt out of promotional communications;
- Withdraw consent for location, camera, or notification permissions via device settings.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. International Users
The App is primarily operated in India. If you access the App from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate.
